      I want to thank **** for their efforts to make lasting memories for families, friends and group organizations. I also appreciate your effort to remedy the ticket situation on Saturday, however there are some concerns that I would like to address by ****. There was another family member who paid for a child ticket as well which should have been the case. It's a little disturbing for **** to tell families and group organizations, they have to pay in advance and that you don't take money at the gate then turn around and sell a ticket to someone's family or group member. What I thought should've or would've happened first when someone showed up at the gate without a ticket is that person should have been asked what family or group they wherewith and an effort made to get in contact with the family or group contact person or the person standing there to do so and type of ticket or money exchange should be done through the family or group facilitator.I also find disturbing people paid $45.32 for adults and $35.25 for little children, who don't eat nearly that amount of food and some of food was depleted by 3:00 to 3:30 and the contract stated 4:00 p.m.There was no more pull pork, no corn in addition to condiments being depleted which should not have been the either. There should have been people at your facilities willing to cook until what was stated on your contract and not stating it will take an hour or half an hour to cook pulled pork. It is my understanding that you knew in advance what your headcount would be or look like. I would like a partial refund for not maintain your end of the contract I look forward to hearing from you in regard to these matters.
