    Date of transaction: Jan 9th -Jan 23 Amount of money: $3,278.00 Business provided: Doing the floors Nature of dispute: Unsatisfactory job Business solution: Verbatim, he said “there’s nothing i can do about that” Tracking number: I’m not sure. “****** *****” He came out for an estimate on January 9th The original agreement redo the floors He seemed trustworthy in the beginning, so i gave him a key and also paid him early and unfortunately for me that was a big mistake He Missed paint spots he was supposed to sand off Didn’t Replace broken step Didn’t get corner of room He used white glue on brown floors, instead of replacing the wood where there were gaps and holes, so it looks very bad The floor isn’t smooth there are still nails and staples that stick up and is just a very rough floor in general Left lights on daily Didn’t return key , i had to change locks I asked him to call before he came in, he did not honor that Left sanding trash everywhere sanding papers old wood that he had taken up from the floor, some new that he had just left on the ground Left open container of poly that ended up spilling and causing damage to a different floor At first glance i told him it looked good but upon further inspection i found i was incorrect If i would’ve known it was going to look this bad i would’ve gone to someone more professional or gone a different route for flooring, this inconvenience has set me back for months because he stopped responding to calls and texts and ignoring my requests to fix the problems, and i am very busy and didn’t have the time to address this as soon as i would’ve liked. I need to to get my floors done properly so my house can look reasonable and presentable , I spent nearly $3,500, I would like a transfer of my funds from him, to a more reputable company so they can fix the problem he left.
