      On my first visit to Drayer on 3/30/2023 I was informed my visits would cost $85 which I paid before treatment was rendered. This was fine for all my visits, final on 3/30. About 5 weeks later, I got a bill from drayer for an additional $84.94. I called, they said because my first visit cost more. I asked for an itemized statement. I got it in the mail and it makes no sense. Their statement, under the “you owe” column says $0.00 for that day. I called in, they claimed it just “carried over” but each visit day “your balance” says $0 until the last visit, which I have a receipt for. I called again, a manager was supposed to be calling me back. No one did. Then, I got a bill from a different company. I went to the drayer site to pay it because the print from this other company’s statement was very poor quality so with all the scam and fraud these days, I wanted to make sure it was drayer. I submitted the payment and a screen popped up that it was a duplicate payment. Called in again, waited on hold forever, had to call in a second time because I got kicked off the first call and left a message for a call back. Haven't gotten a call back. Called the location I went to, she was going to reach out to someone, called me back without being able to answer any of my questions. Still waiting for someone to call me. I did get an email confirmation for my payment. I just want to make sure I don’t get dinged on my credit report. Also, I want some answers about their ledger system. Seeing the other complaints here, Im not the only one who has experienced this. I’m considering submitting this to the IRS as well. In my 20 years of management I have never seen a ledger system like this.

      Drayer PT is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint. Our goal is always to provide exceptional services. We regret this was not the consumer's experience. A member of Customer Support Management previously tried to contact the consumer, but was not able to reach her. This issue has been resolved and the consumer does not have any outstanding balance.
