    I paid for a Metal Roof and Lifetime warranty on May 11 2020. In the past year I have sustained major water damage from the roof installed. An employee came to my house 2 months ago and said he did a temporary fix and and would be back in 3 days. He never came back to make a permanent fix to the leak. Ive called him 5 times with no response. I contacted their main office 4 times with no response. I want this company held responsible for all the damage to my home, pain and suffering and to finally fix the issue that the Lifetime warranty demands. Thank you for your help in this matter.     The installation department inspected the roof system and discovered that the cause of the leak was at the chimney cap. Mr ****** was advised that he needed to consult a chimney company to replace the cap with a new stainless steel type

    new roof installed with a lifetime guarantee in 2018 roof is leaking have contacted company by phone and email and nothing has been done to fix problem except for them to inform build zoom for contractors that i would have to pay for repairs.
