    Crazy Outlet Candy won't refund my money. March 27, 2024: Placed order (Order #****).March 28, 2024: Crazy Outlet Candy canceled my order without a refund.April 1, 2024: Emailed asking for my refund, they have not responded.

     Please see attached screen shots showing the customer was immediately refunded once Shopify notified us this was a potentially fraudulent order. We did not want to fulfill it, (only to have this person contact their Credit card company and file a dispute against and end up getting this product for free)...because that is usually what happens with fraudulent orders. We are not exactly sure why this person is claiming that he never received his refund, because there is clear evidence that he was immediately refunded.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I dispute the claim that I was immediately refunded. I was not, which is why I filed this complaint. Furthermore, there is nothing fraudulent about me or my banking account. You all missed out on what would have been a loyal customer. Now, I'm a loyal customer to another company. Nothing fraudulent about that. 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this is a resolution.
