      We signed the contract on 2/15/2022 to have a 20k ****** whole house generator installed. They installed it on 12/10/2022. They have yet to finish the electric panel installment correction that are necessary so that we can have the township come and inspect the installment of the generator. They still have not filled a permit with the township. I have been calling regularly every month and am told they are waiting for the electrician. I need this job completed properly and have the township verify the installment as correct. **** the owner/manager does not return phone calls or messages.

      There has been no further correspondence from Energy star services.  There has been no resolution or response offered by the company.  I did reach out to the office manager for help but to no avail.

      I hired this business to put a whole home generator in my home in 2020. At the time of hiring I was told by the salesman that all the permits needed would be acquired by them. In 2022 when hiring an electrician to replace a breaker box he informed me that he needed the copy of the permit before he could start. I then contacted my township to retrieve it and they informed me that a permit was never obtained. I’ve contacted this company since approximately june 2022 with no p/w and they keep giving me the run around. I was blatantly lied to and I’ve even texted with an employee from this business and at this point he’s stopped answering my text messages. This is my last option before my wife and I seek counsel to resolve this matter. All I need is the proper permits so I can hire an electrician to replace breaker box.

      We apologize for the delay but we are in the works of submitting all permits. I have personally worked with the electricians and the operations manager on all the sketches and diagrams needed for the permit. I will submit the permit by the end of next week. *** ******'s generator is working perfectly and we were just out there this week for the yearly maintenance. Due to this inconvenience we will extend the system maintenance plan an additional year.
