    These guys missed the initial appointment without a call or any follow-up. Then they set me up for a Friday appointment weeks later. Come the week before, they say they have an opening this Monday instead. Come Monday - no show, no call. I contacted the builder again. They threatened to fine Delta if Delta didn't contact me by 2pm that day. Delta calls before 2pm, apologizing - stating their man ran out of time that Monday and just didn't call. Fine, mistakes happen. Not the end of the world, just get a serviceman out here. I told them he can come out the upcoming Friday and honor the original appointment date. I said he can finish his days work and come to mine after hours if need be - I woild be accommodating to their mistake to the degree to which they should be. After 2 missed appointments, that doesn't seem like an unreasonable ask. They said they'd try and get him out here Friday. Come Friday - no show, no call. That's now 3 occurrences. Delta takes 2 days to call me. Appologizing once again, they said they can either come out in 3-4 weeks or they can come out the next morning at 6:30am and I'd be their first appointment. Sure. Wake up at 5:45am to accommodate them on a 4th attempt at service. It's now 7:30am and I've received no call or service.
    4 attempted appointments with Delta - every single time they did not show up or call me to give any update as to where their man is and why he isn't at my home anywhere near the appointment time.
    If this wasn't being provided for free by my homebuilder, I'd have found someone else after the first missed appointment that they didn't call. I've never encountered such an unprofessional situation in my adult life.
    Edit: They arrived at 7:35-7:40 so the appointment wouldn't wouldn't to be so early. Unfortunately nobody conveyed the message to me. Service was quick and fine. The men were very nice and friendly. No complaints about service, but, unfortunately, the process to get them out here was like ripping off nails.
