    Hello,I just spent $278 to board my dog for 3 days. I was not supposed to be charged for today because he was supposed to get a bath but the woman who called me said it was a mix up. To make things worse, when I picked my dog up I was told he can't stay there anymore because he could jump the fence! I said excuse me? They said"2 days" ago my dog jumped the internal fence and he can't stay there anymore. I was not called 2 days ago!!!!! Also, he had a reservation for starting August 26th to September 5th. I said what was Best Friends going to do since we are less than a week away. They said call the jersey location. They did not offer to call for me they told me they would have room. Which of course they did not. I am less then a week away from going away and have no place to board him. I find this whole thing suspicious. Why was I not called immediately as maybe I could have gotten another reservation somewhere else. Although I doubt it as these reservations are made months in advance. I would like to speak to a manager or someone that can help me explain how you could leave me high and dry. Classless. Utterly unprofessional.
