      I canceled my subscription, but Happy Howl charged me anyway.When I contacted them, they claimed they had sent emails about an upcoming shipment they didnt. I checked thoroughly, including spam folders. They basically called me a liar instead of taking responsibility.Thankfully, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. But I shouldnt have had to go through that in the first place.If youre thinking about trying Happy Howl, be very careful with the subscription. Canceling doesnt seem to mean much to them, and their customer service is more interested in deflecting blame than fixing the problem.

      Very similar experience as previous post (******): I placed an order and was automatically enrolled in lifetime subscription. If/when I get notified that I'm now a "member", I usually unenroll myself immediately, then decide down the road if I want to continue or not, but not this time. 12 weeks later, I got a confirmation that my "order" was processed ($143.65). When I contacted Happy Howl to cancel, I was referred to their website to review their Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are ridiculous (if you refuse delivery, they donate the return but do not refund the money they took). When I followed up to dispute, someone named ***** responded that I was sent a reminder email three days prior. Searched my emailbox, nothing but an OFFER to save 30% to sign up for a subscription, which tells me I most likely cancelled the auto-ship like I usually do. Anyway, back to ***** to dispute - his response was "check your spam/junk mail." Nope, no email reminder received. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card - at this point, it's the principle.

      PSA: Avoid "Happy Howl" Dog Food ????So, Aspen thought Happy Howl was tasty for about 5 minutes. I bought it once. Thats it. One time. Apparently, Happy Howl took that as a lifelong commitment because I am now in a forever subscription that CANNOT be canceled.Their website says you can cancel (cute), but when I try? The bots just re-add it like some clingy ex. When I email? They tell me to go to the website. When I go to the website? The bots are like, Welcome back, bestie! ??I finally get a real person (shoutout to ***** ??), who tells me canceling is against their policy. Against your what now?! I never signed up for a subscription in the first place!So I did what any sane person would doI posted a comment on their ******** page with a screenshot of Clydes nonsense and hit that spicy Do Not Recommend button. Within MINUTES, my post was deleted and I was blocked. Cant comment. Cant message. Cant even see their page. They ghosted me faster than Aspen drops a piece of lettuce.Anyway, Happy Howl is now officially off Aspens menu. Ive removed them from ****** and opened a case. Ill update my social media on this, but in the meantime:Dont get howled. ???

      late delivery or NO delivery. bad customer service my order kept coming very late. the last straw was when it did not come at all. the company tried to say I requested a return. Total bs. they never delivered it to the shipper. I have proof of it through ***. then they said they would send me a package overnight. lied. never sent anything. so I filed a claim against them. they have the worst customer service and are habitually late.

      I have a 13yr old 5lb chihuahua with a 3rd heart murmur. He's very pickey and I have tried foods that claim to be best for his health. One of them is actually on a list of foods that irritate cardiac issues and I was shocked. I'm a follower of BGLW and they highly recommend your food so I ordered it and crossed my fingers. ***** loves, loves, loves you're food (except for the peas, he leaves them behind). He's perkier, doesn't have reflux and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend your product for even the pickiest eater. Thank you!
