  It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of the AAA Unique Construction. I have recently used AAA Unique Construction to repair, clean and paint the exterior of my garage and I am completely satisfied with their performance. They do an excellent job, are always punctual, personable and Hagay H**** was a true pleasure to work with. I have also hired them to perform future projects to include "remodeling" my grandson's bedroom, my bathroom and office plus my living/room/dining room . They have been very reasonably priced, and always do exactly what I have asked of them. I'm happy to recommend the services of AAA Unique Construction.

  AAA Unique Construction and Design is a fake construction company. They take your money, promise you a great job and never come back to fix all of the problems they caused during a remodel. I had to hire another contractor to demo this company’s work and start from scratch because the work was so poorly done. The nailed drywall into wall insulation and then tiled over it. I was able to pull the wall down with one hand and they did not put a rubber sheath in my shower so if I used the shower water would leak into my downstairs. The tile they laid was crooked and my floor was so slopped that you could fall over. Nothing was level. His workers are amateurs and are not professionals but he will charge you top price. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!

  DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. We checked his reviews and discussed with him the negative reviews. He assured us it was not his company at fault but the homeowners who hired him. He was very convincing, DO NOT FALL VICTIM LIKE WE DID. I would not recommend this contractor. We hired him to convert the attic into a bedroom. The addition to the attic was supposed to take 5 weeks but instead took 3 plus months. The first week went well, very productive; it quickly went downhill from there. Due to this company, my kitchen, dining room, and living room was literally torn down (holes through the ceilings, recessed light fixtures hanging down, paint and plaster splattered on objects, walls and door frames) and our lives were in shambles for 3 months. We went weeks at a time without any progress. No workers showed up so no work got done. The contractor was not around to oversee the renovation. He did not check in nor inspect anything unless we called and complained. The contractor had HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS and the workers changed from day to day which was useless for relaying information regarding questions/concerns. We didn't know what was going on from day to day and who would be in and out of our home. In the midst of this and unbeknownst to us, the contractor took a MONTH VACATION at which time the job was at a complete stand still. He was not even going to extend the chimney until we addressed him about it (CARBON MONOXIDE IS DEADLY). To sum it all up, this was a very costly job that is now going to cost us even more money. We ended up with closets without shelves and the closets that have shelves are those cheap wire shelves with flimsy poles. The so called repairs that were made to the kitchen and living room has to be painted/repaired, the splatters of plaster/paint have to be removed/painted. PLEASE save yourself the inconvenience and aggravation, DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

  I would like to start off by stating that I didn’t take a month long vacation during the job. My brother was shot in a terrorist attack in Israel on April 8, 2022 and I had to fly there to help the family. ******************************************************************************************************* When I was supposed to fly back I tested positive for Covid and was forced to quarantine for another 10 days. I tested positive on April 26, 2022 and was not able to fly home until May 6, 2022. Second, the homeowner claims the work was supposed to be done in 5 weeks. That is incorrect. The contract states the work was to be completed in 60 business days. At five business days a week that is twelve weeks or 3 months. Even 60 calendar days would be 8 weeks, not the five she claims. The work started on March 21, 2022 and was completed by June 13, 2022, this was 59 business days. With chimney complete and final inspection on June 16, 2022. As indicated by the texts sent by the homeowner on June 16, 2022, there was no problem. The job was finished out and final payment was made. All of these documents, photographs, and texts can be provided. Thank you
