    **** made the transaction easy and seamless. Answered all my questions, gave me time to research and ask my advisors for their opinions and to compare rates. When the decision was made, **** expedited the transaction with my bank. The fees are what they are.. rate was competitive, and much faster than the banks. Plus I have access to extra funds if I need them. No pressure/ no hard sell. Just timely information and up front discussion. Best service I have had from any lending institution.

    It was super easy to get this done. The origination fee was a bit high and the rate is a bit higher than I wanted to pay but they gave me the best deal out of three companies I was talking to. Seth was great to work with.
