    I bought the vest and ice packs for $176 in May 2023. The website says full refund if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so I returned the items. Several weeks later, the company said they won't refund the money without a tracking number. The website does NOT specify this for refunds. They said to check with the post office. They don't keep tracking number info beyond 2 weeks. It's now at least one month since I sent it back.The owner is refusing to refund my money.

    I never received the letters, so I didn't know about this complaint until just now, as the physical letters weren't forwarded to me.  (Why not email me instead?)

    ** *********'s description is inaccurate and misleading.  She says we will not refund an order without a tracking number.  That is not true.  We will not refund an order UNLESS IT IS RETURNED to us.  ** ********* never returned her order, so we never refunded it.

    If she did return it and it was lost by the USPS, then we would still refund it, but only then do we require the tracking number to show she actually shipped it.  She refused to supply a tracking number.

    We do not refund orders if someone merely claims they shipped it; we need them to actually return it to us, before we can process the refund.
