    I moved in April 1st where I couldnt move in furniture early due to cleaning clearly in the pictures above the oven and dishwasher being pulled out that never done or clean which leads me to wonder about things. With that being said recently on 7-25-24 I put in a maintenance request as asked after calling in about seeing roaches. I explained my apartment was clean and that I saw no reason of them being there. The explained I was put on a list to get sprayed either on the 27 being the earliest the ************************************************************* and my down stair neighbor emailed our leasing manager where I received no response. However she did and it only explained that we were sprayed outside I asked for more Information asking what that would do for the roaches in my apartment. There over 25 so I explained them it was an infestation. Since the emails on 7-30-24 I have received no more contact or any information. Im aware that other residents in the complex as well have seen the roaches so this is not just my apartment this is complex wide and all they have done from my understanding is basically nothing to help. This had cause me to not want to eat in my apartment or cook due to the fact the seal on my fridge has been broken since I moved in practically. Same happened there I put in a maintenance request and it has yet to be replaced along with my microwave. The most upcoming bill I have received as well is showing my electric bill to be 360$ where Ive only paid 98$ in the past I can contest to leaving lights on at night due to the roaches so I dont have to see them as much. However it tripling like that in the span of a month makes no sense to me. There resolution which It was complex wide because they were receiving complaints was that they would not have an investigation done till September 1st. So basically pay a bill that isnt correct for now instead of figuring it out first.

    I moved into this complex originally in august of 2022, in February of 2023 I was moved from their elm to Aspen communities because after months of reporting via email dangerous and destructive activities by my roommate were ignored I confronted them in person and they moved me into a new place. When they moved me into my new unit at their Aspen property February 3 of this year they charged me rent for it for that month and rent for my old unit. They told me to pay it and they would refund the rent for my old apartment as it was in their error. They have now “lost” my refund check in the mail 2 times and are saying at this point they didn’t even offer me a refund. I have emails and correspondence claiming otherwise.
