Our car was placed in the garage for an oil leak on May 15th, 2023. We placed multiple calls in regard to the car and what they found the problem to be. It took multiple calls to finally get our car returned 4 weeks later, and paying over $1600.00. We received our car 6/16, and after parking it in our driveway over night we found oil continuing to leak in our driveway. We made multiple calls to get back in to this garage to get our issue fixed. Finally receiving a call on 6/23 to bring the car in on 6/24 We took the car in in the morning at 9 and they said we would hear from them at the end of the day. My husband went to the garage at 2:30 pm that day and the garage was closed, with no update on our car. We went in at 8am on 6/26 and the garage was not open during their documented business hours. We left a message on his machine. No call back. Called again at 11:30, no call back. At 12:00 I received a text message that he had a personal emergency and his mechanic quit, and he would get yo my car at some point. I asked for a refund since my car wasn’t fixed the first time, he stated he would eventually get to it as he feels he “thinks” he may know what is wrong. I explained $1600.00 later that is too late. Long story short he told me I could pick up my car in his lot with the keys in the visor, and no refund! This is terrible business! And, my car is still broken and I am out $1600.00. Please help!

I had a vehicle get repaired in his shop... The vehicle was there for 2 years... I got it out to find that he caused more underlying conditions and been in the other shop since... I had parts stolen he refused to replace them even tho it was at his shop. Now I am still paying on a vehicle that has been non running since... He put all the sensors in the wrong ports on the engine and fried the computer.. I filed a police report when the items were stolen he lied said he had no cameras. And when I went to question his and show him a lead he said I had cameras all along but why did he lie to the police when this happened? I showed him pics of my part that was stolen from the kid that stole it he said hmmm interesting and let it go... I asked him what can we do about it he said it's not his problem well it was stolen from your garage and yea ******** my insurance replaced them but my point is he did not assemble it properly and now I still have no vehicle it's been 3 years now... Any advice
