      0 stars DO NOT COME HERE I would not recommend to anyone! My son went in for a severely deviated septum. He also needed a reduction of the nasal turbinates. We were told that a balloon procedure done in the office under a local med would do the trick. We were thrilled!! I wrote a check for the entire service. Over a thousand dollars! Once this balloon procedure had been done we waited, and waited and waited for results. Months went by. They never came. Only depression and disappointment settled in. We went to another facility for another procedure to get results. Before going to another MD we did consult ************************ - he was only capable of insulting my son for wearing nasal strips (because he could not breathe) said they looked ridiculous on his nose and they leave marks. We were heart broken and angry. This facility will dismiss you and leave you out of money and out of relief. Please consider going elsewhere.

      My husband had deviated septum surgery, that went well, but the reception and billing procedures we total inadequate. We ended follow up allergy shots early because of poor service.For example, we regularly showed up for appointments and were "demanded" to pay an outstanding balance for which we had not yet been billed, because "that's their process." Our insurance was billed incorrectly more than once. When we showed up for surgery we sat there 10 minutes waiting, and then overheard the front desk telling a nurse we hadn't arrived yet.Last straw was when we called the office a couple days before an upcoming appointment to confirm if there was a balance and were told no, no balance and no payment would be due at the appointment. Sure enough, upon arriving, we're told a balance is due...when we disputed that, reception simply said "no, she'd never said that," which was entirely untrue. We certainly pay our medical bills, but were simply expecting to actually have been billed before being required to pay.Not a bad doctor, but office staff leaves something to be desired.
