      Warning, the A+ rating is a joke! If you want a Colony product, call ************* & request other retailers in your project location or face the victim consequences of purchasing at 422! Once they have your full payment the customers service needs become irrelevant! This is a family owned business replete with related employees by blood, ********************** thus no one is held accountable for their lack of communication, response & outright lies about when service may arrive. It's the Customer's fault that 422 has sold more homes than they can service!!-After Sales Mgr completes sale he is of no help for service, now it's the ************ & when complaining about same, the excuses begin. If you are frustrated with his excuses & mention seeking legal assistance your call will be terminated.-************ is so critically understaffed for profit motive the employees lie to the customer repetitively relative when a ******** at most) will arrive for finish work. (ex, built 6/1/24, delivered/set 7/9, could have been completed for walk thru in 5 business days max. Walk thru occurred 9/10 during which time so called crew worked 3 days, weeks apart each time leaving trash in/around property including removal of hitches 422 left exposed,-!!!422 does not care about their delay/denial of your occupancy & substantial project investment!!!-Construction trash is customer responsibility incl 45 concrete block, pallets, wall board,etc anytime crew **************** can be fined each time by township unless promptly removed.-Again purposely not mentioned, 422 is to correct only certain defects, after walk thru, now balance of defects/omissions handled by Colony so customer is placed on that service list( will be weeks away from 422 walk thru.Finally, this irresponsible profit motive business practice will never be corrected. Further, expect 422 to respond with the usual BS about retraining, market conditions, can't find employees, every excuse but male pregnancy!
