    I was a resident at Paramount Senior Living for 30 days (mid-November to mid-December 2022) and Paramount uses Diamond Pharmacy for prescriptions. I have attached a PDF document, DiamondDrugs-2023-03-25.pdf, that describes my concerns in detail. Briefly:
    1) My first contact from Diamond was on 25 March 2023, a threat to turn the account over to a collection agency.
    2) Note that threatening to involve a collection agency was the FIRST contact from Diamond.
    3) I have been billed for quantities of medicines I did not consume at Paramount and that were not provided to me when I left.
    4) The charges are far higher than they should have been based on my Aetna Medicare coverage.

    I believe that I owe Diamond perhaps $150 to $200 and will gladly pay that as soon as Diamond adjust the balance.

    I have:
    1) Responded to Diamond via email on 25 March 2023. No response.
    2) Sent a copy of the response on 28 March 2023. No response.
    3) Sent an additional copy of the response to the "info" address at Diamond on 28 March 2023. No response.
    4) Sent a notice stating that I am filing a complaint with the BBB on 30 March 2023.

    I have attached a PDF version of the letter from Diamond Pharmacy and apologize for omitting it from the original posting. As noted in my complaint, this is the first and only communication I have received from the organization.

    Diamond has still not responded other than by sending a revised statement. It is still $100 or so more than I feel it should be, but I am paying it. If you can list this as closed but not resolved, that would be more accurate than showing it as resolved.
