    After surgery they left a catheter in my cats leg. When I called to report it ******* the business manager proceeded to tell me it happens all the time. They took full responsibility except that this occurs often, they shaved my cat in two places, and mistakes happen - it shouldnt have happened but what are you gonna do? She then accused me of trying to pull one over on the vet and hung up. I have since spoken with multiple former patients who had similar experiences of their pet being mistreated and the owners being abused in the process. This business is riddled with malpractice and should be investigated immediately. The cavalier nature of their concern is sickening especially when they are charging top dollar for services they are not executing well.
