I went to get my car (2014 ***** Cruze) inspected on 4/30/25. There were some issues with the car so it would not pass unless I got it repaired. I spent around $860 on repairs for the car. Directly after the repairs, I drove off the lot and began to experience issues with the car "hesitating" or "stuttering" while driving and while stopped. A few days later, I had many more issues that occured such as the engine shutting off while at a stoplight, my RPMs were not reading as I was driving (which I have a video of), my car beginning to *** the engine when I put my car in park, and the tracking control/stabilitrak lights were on. My friend's dad has an OBD2 scanner which we used to diagnose the issue and it read code P0335 (Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit). The wires that conect to the circuit run right by the valve cover gasket which leads me to believe that the wires or a circuit was distrubed while the valve cover gasket was being replaced.I reached out to the dealership and scheduled to bring it in so they could take a look at it. When I brought it in, I explained the issues and showed them the code the OBD2 scanner read. They said if there was an issue that was caused by the mechanic, they would fix it for free. After taking a look they said that I need a new timing belt (which my car is due for but I have not experienced any symptoms of a worn timing belt). But, a timing belt would have nothing to do with any of the issues I am having and they never told me I needed anything else than a timing belt, so they failed to look at the crankshift position or anything else that could relate to my issues.I believe that they found that they made a mistake with my car, but want me to get a new timing belt with them before they look into the actual issues with my car. Furthermore, they failed to mention needing a timing belt when I got my car repaired on 4/30/25. I kindly request that they repair my car as I believe that they caused the issues that I am having.

On April 30th Mr. ****** brought his car in for a **. Safety Inspection. While performing the inspection
our technician found the 2014 ***** Cruze with ******* miles on it to be in need of 2 tires, driver side
headlamp bulb, license plate bulb, and a valve cover gasket. These repairs were discussed and
authorization was given to make repairs.

On May 14th Mr. ****** returned to dealership for a check engine light concern, upon diagnosis there
were no history codes present in system due to a friend using a OBDII tester to check codes and cleared
all history codes. Our technician inspected wiring and did not find any concerns at the time. Our Advisor
stated that we were unable to guarantee the concern was the crankshaft position sensor at this time.

We are offering to do more diagnosis of the cars circuit from the powertrain control module to the
Crankshaft Position Sensor at no charge. We are willing to work with this client to achieve mutual
satisfaction on the needed repairs, if it is a wiring concern we will take responsibility for the expense of
    the wiring repairs.

My Fixed Operations Director reached out to Mr. ****** to set up an appointment June 3rd.

    Sincerely,

    **** ********

In November 2024, I purchased a New 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV from this dealership. As I asked questions about the vehicle they told me everything I wanted to hear. The mileage was excellent on this model, little to no complaints have been made on this model. So when we discussed the price the Salesman said that it came with rebates and that because it was a clean car it qualifies for an extra $7500 tax rebate when we file taxes. I said thats great lowers this vehicle price to something that we cant pass up. It made it cheaper than most other cars on the lot. Well 1000 mile on the car and it starts to have mechanical issues. The electric door malfunctions and causes electrical issue in the car such as it made it so the heat wouldnt work and the car wouldnt accelerate. They said there was a back order on the door so we would have to wait til it came in. That was beginning of January. Then I proceed to to my taxes and come to find out it doesnt qualify for clean vehicle tax credit. They misrepresented the vehicle to sell it and when I called the dealership they said there was nothing they could do. Make payment for a year and then you can probably trade it in. Also told me that ** gave a large rebate bc it did qualify when I bought the car. The only reason I bought that car was bc the tax incentive made it cheaper than the rest. I was cheated by this dealership.

The incentive for the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV was available with 2 different options based upon factory part usage to build the unit. 1.) receive a $7500 Federal Tax credit on the end of year tax return, 2.) receive an incentive of $7500 from the factory at the time of sale. Again, based on the Federal mandate of part usage by the vehicle manufacturer there are/where both types of vehicles available. Therefore, the unit in question and owned by ***** *******, had a $7500 factory incentive was given and signed for at the time of sale. Mr. ******** vehicle was never eligible for the Federal Tax credit which is why the factory incentive was given. Both incentives or credits are never available together.
