    - We hired Bianco Pools on July 7, 2022 - We gave him a $15,000 deposit and signed a contract - In the contract and verbally we agreed I would sign off before any materials were ordered - After months of trying to get ahold of him and getting plans and details for the pool, The owner would not respond or visit the job site to answer my questions or concerns. He continued to ghost me and utilize multiple excuses every time. He stated he ordered my pool but I never officially signed off on what pool he needed to order. At that point I became very weary I told him I would like out of the contract and a full refund - Due to his lack of response, he agreed to the full refund in November of 2022 even though he stated that he already bought my materials. - He stated he would need a few months for me to receive the funds back - I agreed - He paid me $1,000 in April - I was trying to work with him on payments so at that point I made a deal with him that he could refund me in monthly payments. He would pay me $3K in June, July, August, September and $2K in October to make up the rest of the $14K that needed refunded. - He did pay the first installment of $3K in June. - I did not reach back out to him until July 7, 2023 and asked him when my next check would be ready. He delayed for 2 weeks and then stated the check was in the mail. - The check was not in the mail. We were then delayed again and I told him if he can overnight me the check, we could get back on track with the payments. I asked him 2 separate days and times if the check was in the mail with no response. - I have tried to work with the owner on the payments but he continues to not respond and also not follow through on his promises. - If you look at his google reviews, he is doing the same thing to others as well. - I have tried to do everything through text so it is in writing and I have uploaded some of the texts.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If at any point Bianco Custom Pools does not follow the repayment guidelines, I will reach back out and resubmit the claim.
