    Bella Construction did a terrible job on my roof. I shouldn't have paid them. They subbed the job out to spanish speaking outfit out of Nashville. the crew worked hard but threw down discolored shingles. Did not replace damaged roof slants that huge holes in them. Put a new drip edge over the old drip edge which created a bulge all along the edge. Looks crappy....Bella had no one on site to oversee the crew who only spoke Spanish, So how could I relate to any one of them? They couldn't even send a supervisor. I should have the stopped the project immediatley.When I called to complain the owner was a complete jerk, Offering me half a** fixes. And then he copped an attitude like I wasn't a paying customer. they do not stand behind their work. Terrible owners,, I should have gone after them and sued them because I have lots of evidence. But the roof isn't leaking so I will just direct customers away from them. And I have quite a few large projects. They clearly took advantage of me and I hope their company fails. They are terrible and schisters. Never hire them, never...

    Didnt finish a gutter project half my gutters are laying in my yard left a piece of fascia hanging off my house it is hitting my neighbors house every time the wind blows Would never recommend

    I would never recommend Bella Construction & Development Inc. Their customer service is by far the worst. The President and Vice President are beyond rude. They repeatedly hung up on me, didn't return phone calls, set appointments and didn't show, trespassed on my property without me knowing, verbally harassed me by calling me names, and took ZERO accountability for damaging my property. They left rips in my awning after the installation of *******. My mind is blown how unprofessional, rude, and demeaning this company is.

    Bella Construction did a great job on my roof. They were on time and had the roof replaced in a timely manner. The yard was clean upon leaving. The sales consultant was friendly and easy to deal with.
