    Mark ********************** did work on a house that I purchased as part of the purchase agreement. The agreement was to replace any ungrounded 3 prong outlets on the first floor with GFCI outlets. He only replaced 3 in the living room, leaving 7 ungrounded outlets in the rest of the 1st floor, including one in the living room that was right next to an outlet that he did replace. He also did not add stickers to warn the user that there is no equipment ground, which is required by code. I'm glad that I tested these myself, else I would have assumed that the outlets that were not replaced were safe. I'm giving him 3 stars because I'm not sure how specific the agent was when he was hired, but what I asked to be completed was not done and the work that was done was not done to code like requested.
