    Hello,
    I need assistance on getting a refund from this business, there is no refund policy on their website nor any information anywhere regarding policies. I am not going to a place where I felt uncomfortable, literally only went to 2 classes.
    I have reached out to them via email for a refund/resolution and they stated since it processed they could not refund.
    this is for $150, they can keep the more expensive fee they charged for "on ramp", which is a waste of money.
    It is suppose to teach you the fundamentals of crossfit and it was more of a test on what you could do.

    ******* signed up for our On Ramp Course (beginners classes)in January. After she completed it, she then signed up for a membership. She was billed for February on 2/1. She came to classes during both the 1st and 2nd week of February. On 2/13 she emailed to ask if she could cancel her membership. I told her I would stop her billing for March and that she was welcome to come for classes for the remainder of February since she already paid. She then asked to be refunded, but our membership agreement (signed by all members before starting) clearly states we do not offer refunds. She was within our 15 day cancellation policy for the following month. So, she was not billed for March or any time after.

    Attached is a picture of our cancellation policy (initialed by *******).

    Let me know if there is anything else you need to clear up this matter.
