    I hired JG Gutters llc on September 17 to install Gutters and drip edge on my home. My down payment was $954 for the job. Jason began work on October 10. A one day job turned into a three day ordeal in which Jason would not show up for work, would leave for multiple hours during the day, and had an excuse for everything. He attempted to install drip edge that ended up falling off my roof as the nails he installed went into nothing, see attached image. Drip edge wasn't installed properly as it wasn't straight, didn't overlap adjoining pieces, and was bent up from improper handling. Gutters weren't installed with any sealant between the gutter or fascia board. Gutters did not have the correct pitch for proper drainage and they were installed without being hooked up to downspouts. On Saturday October 12 Jason failed to show up for work and we had a bad storm. Water filled all Gutters and overflowed into my fascia boards. I spent the rest of my weekend draining Gutters and Uninstalling Jason's faulty craftsmanship. Jason also attempted to install Gutters and drip edge into rotted fascia board without notifying me of any problems as he simply didn't want to take the time to fix the issue nor did he have the equipment to do so. Jason cut old gutter brackets and did not attempt to remove the entire piece as shown in the image below.
    Jason does not have a working truck with ladders tall enough to reach a 2nd story house. jason routinely left rools laying out on my property and would not clean up the job site. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a contractor. I simply want my money back.
