      Received quote for mini split system on April 8, 2025. Proposal was signed April 23, 2025 and returned. Per Agreement, 1/2 down was to be paid before job and the other half was to be paid upon completion. Paid in full. Work was completed June 2. Mini splits installed and within 8 hours systems failed. Called germek. Came out and was able to get one unit to blow cold air and the other attached to the outside unit continued to blow hot air on cold setting. Both units failed after service man left again. Service said that they had sent in a call for a technician from ****** to assist. Im not sure if he did or not. Waited all the next day with no calls or services. Now a week and a half with nonworking equipment and -$15290. Approaching another weekend without air if not resolved by tomorrow (6/13/2025.) Called everyday and mini splits do not work. They say we will call when in office tomorrow and continue to tell us this everyday with no resolution. I just want my air conditioner to work per agreement and what I paid for.If they cant fix it then I would like for them to send a daikin technician out or find someone who can fix it. I already have holes in my house from them drilling and I would really like my familys air conditioner system to work without being blown off everyday with no solution. I have no solution as to what is wrong or how to proceed further.

      L Germek came back to my house to fix my mini splits on Monday June 16. They have been working since.
