    I saw a camper Thierry website I emailed them and Robin contacted me about the camper .I if there was any water problems and how was the floors.Robin responded via text that coach is solid no water damage that she sees beefs a bath pretty decent. That was 5/28/2024 I looked st it and it looked decent the slide out bed would not go out do to the battery being dead they said 3500.00 for it and I asked if they would take 3200 if so I would take it .Robin contacted the Manger and asked he agreed.My wife and I returned on 5/29/2024 with a cashiers check for 3767.00 total with tax tags and transfer .We hooked the camper up and headed home on our way a tire blew out on the interstate on us .I put the spare and proceeded to Barna's tire in waynesburg pa .We ended up buying 4 tires for the camper.Once we got the camper home on 5/30/2024 I put a charger on the battery to get the slide out out and I started to seal the roof and my wife started cleaning the inside. And my wife started to clean the she yelled for me to come inside .When I got inside she said you need to see this ,she was pulling the table up to clean and pulled the floor up with it .With the slide in it covers the table and couch so I could not get back there when I looked at it at Best Choice .I then walked around the back of the camper and it was all rottened .I immediately contacted Robin to inform her of the condition of the floor and about the tire blowing out.I told her I would not have bought if I knew the floors was like that I asked for 1000.00 back and she said she had to talk to the Manger she replied with no not giving back money it was a wholesale pieace.i asked if they inspected it when it was traded in and she said no and if I wanted them to inspect it I would have to pay for it While I was removing the rotten floor I found the 110 electric cable had been chewed with bare wires touching each other a fire waiting to happen .The camper should have been looked at at trade in time.i have pics

    To whom it may concern, 

    *** **** came in to look at the pre-owned 2007 Jayco camper, which was originally offered at $4,995. He later called our salesperson and after some negotiation via text, the offer was dropped to $3,500 for the unit. See Exhibit A. He then came in a second time to look it over, because at that price point Best Choice Trailer's wholesales, which has always meant "as-is". See Exhibit B for a copy of the internet ad stating this. During his second visit, *** **** was left alone with the camper so he could inspect it and review any concerns closely. Some customers bring batteries, generators, ladders, flashlights or even ask for the unit to be plugged in. *** **** requested none of this. As a dealer, when wholesaling to the public, we offer services a la carte. A copy of our service menu is included, see Exhibit C. *** **** did not ask for any services to be included. After inspecting the camper, his offer dropped to $3,200 plus tax. Best Choice Trailer's agreed to this price and filled out the paperwork. This put the total at $3,767 out the door. See Exhibit D for a copy of the signed Buyers Order showing the net sales price at+--- 
    $3,200, excluding any additional services or add-ons. When purchasing pre-owned units, customers sign a "We Owe" stating that sales are as-is and warranty is not included. Please see Exhibit E for a copy of this with *** ***** *ignature. 
    We feel sorry that the problems *** **** disclosed were not discovered prior, but if he would have taken the time to fully inspect the camper or even paid for service checks, we all would have known the issues at hand. He chose neither of these options; therefore, nobody knew except the prior owner. When this unit was purchased by Best Choice Trailers, the original owner stated that there were no issues with the unit. As previously stated, we offer wholesale prices to customers meaning that we do not inspect the unit prior to selling it. *** **** included photos in his initial letter showing that the floor was tore up by his own doing after purchase. There was regular linoleum down, which you can see where he cut it himself. We had no prior knowledge of any hidden damage.

    I was in the market for an enclosed trailer and came across Best Choice Trailers website. I called and spoke to the owner Greg, and employee Travis. On October 28, 2022 I spoke to Travis via phone and gave him a $150 deposit from my Chase debit account. On October 29, 2022 I received a text from Greg saying that the trailer I put a deposit on was in transit from Pittsburgh. After that text I never heard back from either guy and sent Greg a text on November 7, 2022 @ 11:57am asking for the return of my deposit. I never got a response so I called Best Choice Trailers and asked for my deposit. They said they didn’t see it in their system, but had all my information for financing through Sheffield financial, and the specific trailer that I was purchasing. I would just like my $150 deposit back as I have a bank statement to prove that they never refunded my money.
