  Made a appointment with Mellisa K on 2/2/2023. Melissa never came or called. I called and left a message in her voice mail box. Never got a return call. On 2/7 received a letter in the mail stating she would be at my house on 2/2. ( A little late) Called Melissa on 2/7 and she said she never got a voice mail, knows nothing about the letter , and never apologized for not keeping the appointment. After talking with her, she called back and said she gave me a price on windows once and figured I would not buy a door from her so she did not call or cancel the appointment , but she said she called a day later to explain. Then she hung up me. THINK TWICE ABOUT THS COMPANY!!

  After i talked to him on the phone, i use a marketing program to schedule appointments. I noticed that i had this customer in my computer and pulled out the file. I had quoted him windows in 2021 but he used another company to do the windows. Once i realized that, i decided not to go out on the appointment. My time is valuable, and i don't like to be used to get competitive bids. If he had liked out company the first time, he would have bought from me or at least given me the chance to review my bid.. I contacted him the next day and cancelled the appointment. I never heard back from him until yesterday. I told him why I had cancelled the appointment. I didn't hang up on him, i was using my cell phone and the called dropped. I actually thought he hung up on me.

  What company does not give competitive bids? As ******* stated she contacted me the NEXT day (which is false) after the appointment and cancelled.I called several times and left messages.She DID hang-up on me, not a dropped call. It was a land line.
