      Discriminatory.Billed insurance twice for 1 occurrence of a service. Cashing the 'check' from ************* twice. Got paid twice for same service/same occurrence.Insurance ** realized this and took 1 back. Since **** wanted payed twice they then billed me too for the full amount they already got paid for from *************Openly talked about fat people and American people by foreign doctor and assistant while doing my dental work.I wasn't given more novocaine when I raised out of the chair saying it hurt- Doctor told me she was almost done- like 4 times this happened during this. I was traumatized. I couldn't leave because it wasn't done and she wouldn't give me more novocaine. Didn't do the dental work correctly and not much later I lost the tooth.Was told when I needed a minute to set back up after being put back so far when my feet were higher than my head and had 4 tools and 4 hands in my mouth- that "we could of been done by now" said by the office lead nurse (not a doctor but head of stuff there and wears a white coat)Business practices, people skills, human skills for God sake are something of the past here.Side note->You might want to check with your insurance if you use NOVA Dental that if you get work done kinda regularly that the insurance isn't being billed for visits/procedures you didn't get.

      I used to love nova dental. Ive been going there for years but recently as of June 2022 I was supposed to have a procedure done and which I was made to pay almost $300 at front this this procedure would take two steps to complete. My one side of my mouth was completed, and a new insurance card was given to the receptionist. I then had another appointment scheduled to have my other side completed and which was canceled on me the day prior and rescheduled to October. I then got a call the week before stating my appointment telling me they would have to cancel again because of different insurance and I was confused because they already had my new insurance on file. I tried to explain to the lady that I had already paid for the procedure front so I didnt understand why they were canceling on me for a second time within six months. I asked the lady if I could request a partial refund for the work that was not completed so this way I could just find another dentist that would not continually cancel my appointments. I didnt hear anything back so I called a week later cheetah billing department, where I left a message asking for somebody to please give me a call back another week had went by and I had called Tuesday the following week again to the billing department to ask if somebody could please return my phone call to see if I was able to get a partial refund due to my appointment being canceled on me twice and nobody returning my phone call almost 3 weeks later I have not heard anything from this in this office in which I am shocked because normally the customer service was great but for some reason their customer service has went downhill and this saddens me. I scheduled two days off of work and then missed two days to pay due to them canceling my appointment on me multiple times.
