    I've paid this company $7 a month for multiple months for the ability to advertise on their site, yet every time I advertise ************** has spoken" & my listings get flagged & removed. I pay for a *********** don't get to use the service. No rules are being broken & they don't do a manual review of the listings before removing them.. they just remove listings when a few other unhappy customers flag a post because their offers were refused. Feels like I'm paying them them for absolutely nothing. Contacting them through their site fetches absolutely no results, as they never respond to any attempts to reach them. I'd like some of my money refunded, as I'm not satisfied with the "service" I paid for.

    We have tried several times to call Mr. ****** at ************ and his vm box is full and will not accept any further messages.  We would .like to talk with Mr ****** to see why his posts are being flagged by other users .

    We do have a full team of customer service representatives M-F from 0800 to 1900 hours @ ************ that are available to help.

    Upon review of Mr. ******* billing history, he has been an active subscriber since 7/2/2021 -2/18/2025. He has cancelled his subscription 4-5 times and reactivated it each time during that period. 

    If we can speak with Mr. ****** I am sure we can reach a remedy that would be mutually beneficial. We would like to place this complaint on "resolved" status and hopefully we will be able to speak with him soon.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     

    First of all, I talked to customer service on the matter & they confirmed it was an Armslist mod that flagged my post, & it was flagged for having my phone number (not even the complete #) listed in the post. I feel like if people want there phone numbers in their posts to guarantee they get their messages that's their business. On their site it says Armslist doesn't get involved with any deals, but they sure do like getting involved with people's posts. I paid to advertise.. last I checked including a contact number in an advertisement is normal. I'd like my money refunded from every subscription where Armslist thought it their place to flag an ad I paid to post. Until that happens I'm not accepting that the issue's resolved. I'm not taking phone calls from them because they don't refuse to do anything other than lay a guilt trip.

    I am a private seller that paid for an ad that will not show up when you search for it and only sometimes does it show up when you are logged in but vendors ads do show up when logged in and not logged in.

    He does not have voicemail setup on the phone number he listed in his complaint.

    I paid a payment of $7 to use their site. I decided to go a different route and requested to for my subscription to be cancelled. I can’t seem to get through to Armslist using their website or phone number. All I want is for them to cancel me. I do not wish to pay for their services.

    We spoke with *** ****** on the telephone on Friday of last week.  He signed up for a Premium Personal subscription and on the same day cancelled his subscription and also contacted BBB.  His cancellation was effected immediately and he will no longer be charged as he requested.  We aren't sure why he filed a complaint as there were no issues with his cancellation of services.  

    We would like to see this complaint changed to satisfactorily resolved status.

    I no longer use the online wesite known as Armslist. I am unable to cancel my account or remove my personal account information from the website. I have emailed Armslist for help but have received no reply from Armslist. There is no provision on their website to cancel my account and remove my personal information. I do not authorize Armslist to keep my phone number, address and credit card information.

    I pay 7$ a month for access and use of their site. However they still bombard me with inappropriate ads. I complained about this issue to a supervisor at Armslist who pretty much brushed it off and told me to just ignore it and then got an attitude with me when I told him I shouldn't have to ignore it when I'm paying for it and he threaten to cancel my account. Didn't get his name but he refused to give me a different supervisor. Kept telling me oh that's a question for marketing then wouldn't let me talk to marketing. He said it was no of my business to know why I was still having ads shoved in my face. They need to remove the ads for paying customers.

    We are saddened to hear that *** ******* had an unpleasant conversation with one of our customer service reps.  He should know that I have taken corrective action with our service team to ensure that does not happen in the future.  Having said that, it is our policy to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.  In addition, we never promised any of our users an "ad free" experience on the website.  I am sure that *** ******* is aware of how costly it is to operate a website in todays environment.  We have personnel, resources, contractors and many other costs too numerous to illustrate here.  Our advertisers are necessary to keep the site operational.

    Hopefully, this explanation will remedy *** *******'s   concerns.
