      I asked for a quote to install a standard 120v just to charge for daily driving and to get a quote, it required a 125$ service visit, which is fine. What is not fine is I was told I would get a quote back in 1 day for parts and labor from the service representative. This quote took 3 phone calls and a week to finally get back to me with the work I requested and I believe that this is too long just for a quote based on the guidelines they gave. The quote was only given after the third attempt. So I requested a refund for service visit because of the long delay, it was not given.

      Villi Electrical Services response to complaint ******* filed with BBB. 


      The customer made an appointment to get a quote on 9-13-24 for a complete install for a 120V electrical line. At that time, he was told there would be a fee of $125.00 for us to come out and assess the area for a quote. Customer agreed and an appointment was scheduled. Our Electrician handed in the paperwork when he returned to the office at end of day Friday, which is our normal procedure. Customer was told by electrician he would receive a quote within a few days. 


      Our office and material supplier are not opened on weekends. 
      Monday 9-16-24, a requested price for material was sent to supplier, we were waiting on return quote. Customer called our office for his quote said he was told he have it in 1 day. I told him that our service manager had gone home sick and we had not received our suppliers pricing back yet, that it may be a few days. 


      On Tuesday 9-17-24, customer called office again to complain and demanded a refund back for not getting his quote. I explained that the $125.00 fee was for the initial service call and that was told to him at the time he scheduled appointment. 


      I received the supplier quote for material and had his quote to him by 1:21 pm that day.
