    On 4-21-24 I placed a "Pour to Order" Ceramic Bisque Order based on information sent out to customers that the last day they would be accepting orders before shutting down & reworking their website was 4-27-24. I understood that it would probably take more than the normal 4 to 6 weeks to get my order due to a higher volume. However, on 6-5-24 a little over 6 weeks later, I reached out via email & received a two word response: "Almost Complete." On 6-24-24, I reached out again, by email, to check on the order, to which I received no response. On 6-29-24, I reached out by email again to check on the order, again with no response. On my original communication, I was informed that ******** Messenger was no longer a viable option for communication. With no responses by email & unable to connect through ******** Messenger, I called on 7-9-24 to see about order & spoke with *****, she was going to find out what the delay was and call me back. ***** called me back and stated the issue was that they could not find 1 mold (fox) to pour and that the add on piece to the trolls/gnomes I ordered were giving them trouble. I told her that the add on pieces could just be sent and I would connect them after painting the items. Still nothing for another month. I again called on 8-15-24, again speaking to ***** who once again said they were still working on the order and that she was sorry for my frustration and the delay. On 9-10-24, I called AGAIN, & spoke with *****, who once again understood that I was extremely frustrated & said I should ask for a refund. I asked her whom I was supposed to do that with, since emails go unanswered & there is no ******** Messenger for communication. ***** then stated that they recently disabled their email communication. ***** was going to speak to the owner & call me back about the refund. To date, no return call. I am now seeking a full refund of the $132.64 ASAP, as I feel I have given more than enough time at 5 months!

    Order 1894 was placed on April 7th 2024. Charged ****** for ceramics. No contact with the company except from me at the end of May acknowledging the length of time for the order. Website closed on April 27th. Was told only a few more pieces needed on May 31st. Called last week and left a detailed message asking for a refund. No return call. No products no communication.

    I wanted to attach all the documentation that I have in regards to communication between myself and the business.  Although I did not record the voicemail message I left, because I thought they would return the call, I wanted to attach the call log to confirm I have tried multiple ways to rectify the order for a simple refund.
