We purchased 3 machines from Mya Vending in September. We paid with a certified check from our business to theirs. We asked for a detailed bill of sale, they stated they would be sending one out and never did. Once I gave the accountant the numbers we discussed we noticed we were over charged by $1000.00. We contacted the seller on September 25th and they stated they would send the bill of sale with a refund. Which they never did. We also contacted them on October 6th about one of the card readers they sent us not being able to be transferred and they stated they were sending a new one out that Monday. They charged me $500 for the card reader. I contacted them again this morning and was told to never contact the company again. We are asking for the refund in the amount of $1500.00. We also supplied screenshots of our conversation with ******. We also have more if needed between us and their employee ** also.

******** is making no sense at all . ******** went from machine to machine with me and her husband at the warehouse and chose what machines she wanted and she herself write on a piece of paper the totals of the machine Cost and the amount if the coins in the machine. Once we went to all 3 machines ******** herself totaled it up and then told me that she and her husband were running to PNC Bank to get the check , note that after we viewed each machine she gave me a verbal update of the total while her and her husband looked at the paper . Once we came to last machine she picked out , SHE ******** THEN TOLD ME the total and said she was running to bank .She and her husband returned and gave me the check for the 3 machines . Myself, her husband and a friend of mine in the warehouse next door loaded the 3 machines onto a trailer . Once again ******** totaled the cost of the machines and went and got the check. There was no issues at all .
One of the credit card readers were not able to be transferred, which we were told by Cantelope after the fact . We have transferred ******** a G10 reader since being told That the  G3 couldn’t be transferred.

******** is saying that she has messages sent and received before she came to pick up the machines which is irrelevant because when she got to the warehouse the plains changed because the machine she was going to get originally was not credit card adaptable . And then a more expensive combo machine was added onto her want list .

Once again SHE did the totaling up and retrieving of the check , things got complicated, but end of the day it was a sale done with no issues and completed.

Only thing we were correcting was getting her another reader which we did  . And only reason she was told not to contact us anymore was because she sent a message about how she was contacting an attorney, so with that attitude as we were working on getting another reader we decided not to engage anymore.

You total up the cost yourself with your husband , you tell me the total you got , you go get the check   , you hand the check over for the 3 machines .After our company accepted your check for the 3 machines , and you pulled off , we couldn’t call you and say hey the check is $1000 short we need more money after deciding our machines we’re worth more money that would be unfair and ridiculous  , the deal was done and merchandise exchanged already.

What would our world be like if you could change the amount owed or paid after the deal has long been over..

A bill of sale was not asked for at time of purchase, She gave the check , we loaded machines  with husband and they pulled off .
