    I initially bought a package of 10 waxes from jenkintown European wax center And then a year pass. Instead of using my year pass they used up my 10 passes. I have called and messaged and spoke with jenkintown manager to no avail. I have sent messages on ********* also. And no resolution. They have also canceled appts so I couldn’t use my passes on several occasions I have tried to get resolution from jenkintown European wax center several times and no avail. I decided to use my passes in Philadelphia bc I moved there and I asked if my package was fixed and they said no jenkintown had to fix it. When I was in Philadelphia European wax center I recieved terrible painful care. I reached out once again to European wax center main email with no help. This is gross negligence. It is sad bc the waxers at jenkintown and langhorne are superb but management at jenkintown is lousy and the company itself is lousy. Philadelphia waxer was truly awful and scary def not trained at all!
