    My son received dental service between September 15, 2021 to November 12, 2021. I was told by the dental office that the out of pocket cost would be $4909.50 in which I was financially responsible for, I applied for a care credit card in which the dental office charged for the payment. My son's name is ***********************. The insurance was ***** dental and the ID number was *************. I spoke with ***** a few months ago and I was informed that the out of pocket cost for service should have been $3484.50. In October 12, 2022 a refund of $95.00 was issued to my care credit account. I am still owed $1330.00. ***** completed an investigation and I received a letter from ***** on August 24, 2023 that stated, they requested the dental office to refund me the overpaid monies and to allow 4 to 6 weeks for the office to complete this request. Today I spoke to the manager of the Jenkintown office ( ******** ) to check the status of my refund, she stated that she sent the information that was requested to corporate and she does not know anything about a refund. I asked her for the number to corporate and she would not give it to me, then she rushed me off the phone and said she had to go to meeting. I am very upset that they are giving me a hard time to do what is right! I work very hard for my money and hope that you can help me.
