    On 12/27/24, I had an appointment to get a full x-ray and evaluation of my teeth. I was told by the assistant that I would be able to get my teeth cleaned after the x-ray. However, Dr. ********************** Vasilyev came into the room and explained that I would have to get a deep cleaning which requires approval from my dental ins (United Concordia) and after the approval, I can make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I called back in a couple weeks and asked were they paid for my visit and if they have approval for my cleaning. They said no. I called back a couple weeks after that and was told no. I reached out to my dental ins. and they provided me with proof of payment which was 02.20.25. I contacted ******************** again, and they said that they're not in receipt of payment. I contacted my dental ins. again they provided proof which I forwarded to ********************************** I want my records, and they won't release them. It's now about to be March and they won't release my records.

    Hello,

    I am responding to the complaint from *********************************-******, please see all attachments.

    The patient called to get her records and we have stated that we did not get paid from the insurance company and ones we do we will release the records with in 7to 10 business days since we are very short handed, after i have explained everything to the patient she started screaming at me stating that the insurance paid and that I don't want to release the records  and that she will make a complaint with the BBB and when i asked why and what was the reason for that she hung-up on me.

    I have attached all the insurance answers with the insurance payment that was submitted to us and highlighted the dates that so you can see that we were paid on 2/20/25 and i have received the payment a week ago.

    We have been trying to reach ***** so we can release her records but we had no luck doing so.
