      I just bought my 2nd case of ***** Fresh. It's made for Dumpsters but i use it for my home and my office. I absolutely LOVE this product. I work in an office with approx 40 people and everyone eats at their desk. I also have kitties and scoop the box quite often and this ***** Fresh is the best thing next to sliced bread. You would never know I have multiple cats. Let's not mention the garbage we put in our trash every day. I highly recommend this product for business and home use. If you think your trash can stinks, seriously, try this product. I would not steer you wrong.

      AGREE! SCAM COMPANY!This company sent us "supposedly" products we ordered by them and we haven't used this company in over 20years as a vendor. They have called us repeatedly (borderline harassment) requesting payment (almost $400) for products we never ordered. They named multiple staff from our company website as person/persons who ordered these products. We have offered to send back what we have not used/stored and for them to cancel the invoice and they refused. They were told this is not good business practice and a review would be put here.

      Dear Shrelle, I am sorry you had a bad experience with our agent *** ******. The way this was handled was inappropriate and we apologize. We have been in business since 1984 with an A+ BBB rating for a reason. We try to the right thing by our customer base always. At this point in time some of these agents work on their own as independent contractors. Some of their tactics and actions DO NOT reflect any of our corporate policies. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. At this point your invoice is considered null and void.

      This company called me back in May 2024 specifying that they would send me FREE products to use at the organization I currently work for. I told the representative that we already had an existing cleaning company and that we weren't in need of anything new, that's why he sent me FREE products. The representative that called me was a guy named ***. We received the products, and they weren't the best at all. Very cheap and not quite what I was looking for. A few weeks went by and *** calls me about an invoice for almost $400. I was confused and I told him that these products were supposed to be free. He then went on to say they were never free and that I need to pay the invoice that was mailed to me. This company is clearly a spam company and I don't recommend their business at all because of miscommunication and misinformation on the behalf of Paramount and ***.

      Dear *******, as far as your review is concerned, we have been in business for 40 years with an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau. We sincerely regret any miscommunication with ******************* at no point in any presentation is the word free used obvious miscommunication there, sorry you felt they need to post this review, we have already instituted a pick up of merchandise at our expense i to satisfy your needs ,at one point you had promised to pay with a discount on this invoice we thought you were happy with the products, but apparently there was a change of heart so we will be picking them up at no expense to you we always strive for amicable resolution on any type of dispute thank you *******

      This is a scam company!!! We had a sales person call wanting to talk to our head chef, he was put through to his Voicemail but never talked to the chef. We then get a mystery box of degreaser, that we never ordered and can not reach the company to come get their stuff. We will not pay for something we did not order!!!

      Regarding this unfair unjust review, 38 years in business with an A+ BBB rating speaks for itself. We spoke to Josh K****** on Feb. 11, 2023 who expressed an interest in our new powder degreaser cleaner., which we immediately processed and shipped out. The first time we heard of any issues or complaints was yesterday March 8th, 2023 , that they had a contract and couldn't use our product. We immediately issued a pick up for the merchandise at our expense. Not sure why they are still unhappy, but we will pick up our product immediately and consider this matter closed.
