    I own and reside in a condo at ****** **** Condominiums. My unit is in the back of my building an my view is of the back of an adjacent commercial office building, Jenkintown Plaza.For over a year, we have had issues with Jenkintown Plaza. This complaint is for them leaving their lights on the entire 5th floor and half of the 6th floor at night repeatedly, I have written the manager of Jenkintown Plaza several times concerning this issue. The Borough will do nothing.I would like for them to turn off their lights by 9pm every night, as they shine directly into my home and those of my neighbors.I don't know why this should be an issue.     Jenkintown Plaza continues to ignore the local ordinance of no trash removal before 7am, for which I have complained several times to Jenkintown Borough in the last year. Recently, they had a huge dumpster to collect debris delivered at 6:30am, which took a half an hour of excessive noise to situate. This morning the trash was removed at 6:45am. This is not allow according to Jenkintown Zoning Cod 181-61, F (2)
