    I signed my children up for swim lessons with kids first swim school in jenkintown, however that is not listed here, which cost $430 for 6 weeks. We scheduled and confirmed our time of 4:30 Fridays. When arrived for our first lesson and there they had no record of us on the schedule and we were not able to have our initial lesson. The manager called us and discussed having us come the following week at 5pm for a make up lesson with him and then start 5:30pm lessons. We arrived at 5 and there was again no record of us being scheduled for a lesson at 5. At 5:30 we had an initial lesson and the instructor did not know how to handle my son who had never had lessons before. She gave him a kick board which is inappropriate for a child who has never been in the water and it flipped over and he went under without direction or help. He had to be pulled from the water. She then proceeded to try to have my children get rings from under water which again my son was unable to do having never been in the water and I had to intervene to instruct him not to try to go under since he didn’t know how to do that. We were promised a safe, well trained instructor to teach my children swim safety and that did not occur. The manager agreed with me that what the instructor did with my son was inappropriate for someone with no swimming skills. I have requested a refund of my $430 as I will not return and place my children’s lives at risk. They school advertised an organized, safe, trained instruction and they did not deliver on this promise and I will not return to risk my children’s lives. I would like a refund for the 5 classes we will not be completing due to incompetence at the jenkintown site. I asked the owners to call me to discuss further and they refused. You
