    I moved into this residence that is owned by Jt Valley rentals. We have made numerous complaints to them about things that need repaired for example Water pipes that were frozen. Was told to open the cabinet and crank up the house heat to thaw the pipes out. I asked if I would be compensated for the additional heating cost of their shoddy piping. I was told if I didnt like it to move out. A porch that has had issues for over two years that has become a trip hazard and they refuse to fix it. Overall just not doing the things they are supposed to do as landlords. Very rude and very disrespectful
