salesman **** **** is a liar and a scumbag. when giving us the estimate he told us that he checked the wood on the roof and it was good. that it would not need to be replaced. then on the day of the job he said we will need almost 50 sheets of plywood to complete the job. when i confronted him on what he said he told me he only looked at one small section and assumed that the rest was good. he never really checked. he then lied to his company and said he never told us any of that. the sales people from that company will tell you anything to sell a job. do not trust or use them

We are sorry that you do not feel that you did not get the customer service that we strive to provide. Unfortunately, in the construction industry unforeseen circumstances do arise from time to time. We do try to avoid them as much as possible. If a guarantee was made to you, that was incorrect, and we apologize for that. I do see that our team cut $660.00 off of the bill for the wood that was needed to bring the roof deck up to code as an effort to ease the unexpected burden on you.
