    We signed a contract with GPH in November 2021 for building our house. The company advertised the building of the house in ***** month, but according to the contract ,the house has to be completed in 9 month after completion of the foundation. Now it has been 14 month after foundation was completed and payed, but a house is still not near the completion. GPH requesting the payment for the work, which is not completed and threatening us to stop the construction if we do not provide the payment.

    we have been contacted by GPH and they proceed with the construction and completed some work, but construction has not been completed yet and we still do not have the completion date of the work .

    The house is complete and a Certificate of Occupancy has been received by **, pending final payment and closing.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    We were scheduled and visited house for the final walkthrough on Feb 10th 2024. However there we several things not completed and several things that need to be fixed. All of those were discussed with the company representative. GPH promised us to  complete everything and provide us with pictures as a proof.

    We are still waiting for that.

    The house is complete.  The property owner's township zoning official is requesting an as-built survey, which the property owner will have to provide to the township.  This would not involve us.  As a courtesy, we are trying to get more information from their zoning official, but our calls go un-returned.  Nevertheless, the home is complete and we are awaiting final payment and a return phone call from the zoning official.

    We paid in full,  the house was turned to us. There is fireplace in non-working condition. The bilder does not respond
