    I have a 3 year lowes protection plan on my appliances. My washer needs fixed and they keep filing a claim for JCs service to come out and repair but they never show up. An employee at our local **************** even said that they aren't sure why they use that co.pany because they never show up for their appointments. I've called several times to try to get ahold of this company and no one ever answers and I never get my messages returned. The number that was given to me is ************. At this point I do believe this isn't a real company and that ***** uses this account so customers will spend the money on a protection plan. I'm going on almost 2 months of not being able to get a refund through my protection plan at lowes because this service won't show up to fix the problem on our washer. I've also filed a complaint with ***** as well after finding out nearly everyone local had this same issue and I'm convinced that JCs services isn't a real company but a dummy account through ***** for people to spend money on a protection plan.

    On 04/11/24 JCS was to fix my washing machine between 9am-1pm but was a no show the whole day (set up by warranty company) they tried to call and voicemail was full - ended up being fixed by another company.Again on 7/29/24 i called for another repair on my washing machine- during that call, they said he was at my house 7/8/24 for another repair that he placed a work order thru the warranty company --- this job was not preformed. 7/31/24 he was to arrive (did have a conversation via text 7/30/24) between 9am-1pm He was a no show again. **************** then scheduled for another individual to come out at a later date. This individual did confirm that he put a work order in for warranty work on 7/8/24.I feel he is scamming whirlpool but not showing up but then putting fake workorders in claiming repairs because he has the model number and serial number of the machines from work orders.
