    **** and **** delivered a large dresser to my 2nd floor apartment. They had some trouble getting it up through the narrow steps and had to remove my inside door and railing. That did not work, so they ended up taking the bottom part of the dresser off and finally got it through. I stupidly did not do some measuring before I purchased the dresser to make sure it would get up to my apartment. **** and **** did not make me feel stupid or even get a little angry about the extra work they had to do. They remained pleasant, calm and **** even told me a very funny joke. I appreciated it very much that they were so pleasant and nice about the whole thing. I will absolutely keep their number handy if I need them again. Thank you **** and ****, your customer service is awesome!

    Horrible experience. Many of my items damaged and owner blames me for my truck not being big enough and for his employees being in a hurry?? Poor business practices. Had me pay through PayPal with "friends and family" so he could avoid fees and local taxes and so I could not dispute payment. BEWARE, extremely poor customer service! Do NOT recommend!

    ****, I am sorry that you have felt you had a horrible experience. I know we have attempted to discuss matters with you but we will not partake in yelling in order to resolve your concerns as yelling and screaming does not behoove an ability to commit to a resolution. We provided many choices to you on service day and you made the choices with potential consequences and we followed your instructions, knowing those risks, as you are the customer. Finally you had difficulty with the pay options we offered to you; so you chose to pay via paypal and chose the friends and family so you were not responsible for the additional services fees with the business option. We will ask you again kindly to refrain from verbalizing untruth information because you made the payment choice you did. We report all our income regardless of how we receive the payment and by your saying we don't is defaming in language.
