    I've used him for about four years since *** moved to the area. He used to be great and I thought he was until the last two times he came to work on my house. The first time I had an issue is when he had previously (unknowingly to me) shut a valve off which caused my heater to leak and it caused me a $400 water bill. So for him to simply come to my home and turn a valve (again, that he shut off) he charged me an $85 service charge. The very last time he came was more recent. I absolutely feel like I got robbed. A 2-3 hour job ended up taking 6 hours. He also had no materials upon arrival, and then went to go get materials, which took an additional hour, and he charged me for that as well. He charged me $165 in materials, most of which I had already (excluding two 6 copper tubings in which he only used approximately 2 feet of one tube) and then kept the remaining tubing (I saw it in the back of his truck when he left the final time. So ultimately I paid for materials he will be using on other jobs. He uses his GPS to track his hours and he started charging by the hour at 8am and did not get to my house until 8:30 am. His wife also manages, or at least aids him, as she was responding to my text messages when I was trying to rectify the billing as the charges didnt make sense. He gave me a price for the work before he left my home, and then she charged my card a different higher amount later on and applied a 3% credit/debit processing me (she never called to discuss before charging). I will never use this business again. I dont know when they stopped carding about their integrity or stopped caring about their customers, especially loyal ones as myself, but it wont happen again.
