    ON 11/14/22, I RECIEVED A QUOTE FROM DUTSTIN GEYER, OWNER OF DBR CONSTRUCTION ON MY KITCHEN DUE TO A MAJOR LEAK / BREAK IN THE PIPES IN MY CEILING. A CLAIM WAS FILED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MY MORTGAGE COMPANY SENT A CHECK TO THE CONTRACTOR IN 2 PAYMENTS, ONE CHECK AND THE OTHER DIRECT DEPOSIT, BOTH OF WHICH HE RECIEVED FOR A TOTAL OF $15,210.00. HE HAD INITIALLY STARTED ON MY KITCHEN SHORTLY AFTER GIVING THE QUOTE AND I THOUGHT WE WERE ON TRACK TO GETTING MY KITCHEN FIXED. HOWEVER, THE CONTRACTOR STARTED IGNORING CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES AND E-MAILS FROM NOT ONLY ME BUT FROM PAMELA RILEY, INSURANCE SPECIALIST WITH MY MORTGAGE COMPANY, PHFA AS WELL. HE FINALLY REACHED OUT TO ME AND CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 3/28/23 AND DID SOME WORK, BUT SINCE THEN HAS IGNORED MY TEXTS AND CALLS. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON 3/28/23 IN WHICH HE PUT UP REPLACEMENT CABINETS WERE NOT ONLY MEASURED INCORRECTLY AND MUCH SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINAL CABINETS, WHICH HE STATED WOULD BE REPLICATED, BUT HAS NOT HELD UP SO THEREFORE EITHER NEEDS RE-DONE OR REPLACED. THE PAINT ON THE CABINETS IS ALREADY PEELING OFF, THERE ARE GAPS ON THE SIDES AND TOP OF THE CABINETS AND AGAIN, MUCH SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINALS. I CAN PROVIDE MORE PICTURES IF NECESSARY. HE STATED HE WOULD PUT "FILLERS" IN THOSE SPACES, BUT THAT SHOULD BE CABINET SPACE. AGAIN, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE NOVEMBER, IT IS NOW MAY. I HAVE CHILDREN AT HOME AND AM BEING INCONVENIENCED BY THIS, AS WELL AS STRESSED. I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT DUSTIN GEYER HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY TEXTS OR CALLS. I WOULD LIKE THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED SO THAT I CAN FIND A RELIABE, PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR THAT WILL GET THE JOB COMPLETED.
