    On 3-3-23 someone used my Social security number and birthdate to enter into a rental agreement without my knowledge. I just ran a credit report and found out about it. Aaron's doesn't have a photo ID on file for the transaction. I didn't ever live at the address they had on file for the agreement, I don't know any of the references, the phone number and email are not mine either. I was working at that time, and living somewhere that I can prove for the last 4 years. It's just really raising red flags about not having a photo ID on file. They ran a credit report check and allowed someone to obtain products totaling $3,194 that's now in collections under my name.

    On or about March 3, 2023 we received a phone request from a customer to lease a television and a stand. The customer gave his name as **** ******** and provided the information we normally require to open a lease. We delivered the products, but our delivery people failed to verify the id of the person accepting delivery. 

    In this instance we believe we are also victims of the same individual who is using *** ********* identity.
