    My cars turbo blew up. I took it to him ****** to have them fix the turbo. I got the car back and 11 miles down the road it blew up and the engine started to misfire. I have taken it back to them 5 more times for them to fix their wrong and they havent fix the car after I paid them. It was under warranty but I paid them close to 200 in parts and deductible.

    Hello BBB,

    We are responding to the complaint you received from Ayden ******.   Unfortunately, Mr. ****** has encountered some vehicle issues since he purchased the Sonic back on July 15th.  We have been there every step of the way attempting to resolve these issues.   At the time of purchase, we purchased a warranty for his vehicle at no charge to the customer.  We have utilized this warranty to assist with some of the repairs and performed the work here at our shop.  This has been challenging for ourselves and Mr ****** because several issues have arose since his purchase.  This is not normal or certainly what we would expect from vehicles that are sold here.  We take pride in servicing our vehicles and making sure they are ready prior to delivery.  We have been in business 44 years and our ****** reviews and **** feedback would certainly add credence to this narrative.  Please let us know what the BBB or Mr. ****** would like us to do at this point.  We are here to help..
