    On September 30th 23 I contracted with Johnstown painting services to paint some exterior trim on my home. At the time I gave **************** $750 as a deposit to complete this job. He was to complete the work by the end of October 2023. He has to this date not done any painting at all. After numerous requests buy me to complete the painting weather permitting he has yet to do anything . Finally became clear to me that he had no intention of completing this job and at that point I requested a full refund of my deposit so that I could contract with another painting company to complete this work. After numerous attempts to ask him to refund my money he has yet given me that refund. I am a senior citizen, 79 years old and I cannot afford to take out money to have it Someone else complete this work without his refund

    On July 25,2023 I signed a contract with Johnstown Painting Services for a painting job in my home. *. Brian S***** was to start the job on Saturday, August 12,2023 at 8:30 in the morning. He did not show up. I called at 9:45 to see if he was coming. He told me he lost my paperwork and phone #. He called at 11:15 and said he could be here in 1 hour. He finally showed up at 2:30 in the afternoon. He completed putting two coats of paint on area at 8:30 p.m. The next day I noticed scrape marks on the wall from him picking up his tarp. I have made 8 phone calls to his cell# and business # since then with only two responses at which both times he promised to bring paint so I could repair the marks. I am still waiting after a phone call today. Anything you can do to help me get help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
