    HI, I went to Capri's Pizza today 9/18/22 and order a cheese steak hoagie and two slice of pizza. I specially told the guy that was taking my order. How specially I wanted my sandwich to be made and I told him twice and he said ok. So I proceed to wait for my food and When I got my food I took a look at it while I'm still in the store and seen it was not like I request. So I took back to counter and told the guy that the sandwich was not made the way I request it. I specially told him twice how I like my sandwich to be made and at this point. He tell me it's made like I wanted and I said no it's not I specially told how I like my lettuce and tomatoes on be on the bottom of the hoagie roll. I get it the lettuce and tomatoes is on the side and top of the sandwich and the meat on the side of it. He say to me if I flip the sandwich then the lettuce and tomatoes will on the bottom of it. Again I told him it's not how I like and I shouldn't have flip a sandwich if they made it how I wanted and I wouldn't be flip a sandwich. So I ask can I get my money and he told me no they have already made sandwich and they don't make the sandwich it like I request anyway because it will make the lettuce and tomato on the hoagie roll soft. So I'm like he should have told me this when I was ordering my sandwich and this how they make there sandwiches and I wouldn't waist my money and order it. This not fair as a customer I have take a order anyway they want to give it to me even if the order is not what I wanted he refuse give me my money back to me. As a business If they don't make orders like you request it. Then the customer should be told up front on how the prepare certain foods. Which will give the customer a choice on ordering there food. People work hard for they money and don't want to deal with unnecessary foolishness when comes to business.
