    Employees arrived, very ignorant & unprofessional. Proceeded to tell me pipe could not be repaired & new lines would need to be ran & bathroom& kitchen floor need to be tore up to repair at minimum cost of $1500.00!I am 74-year-old widowed ****************** attitude was obnoxious, nasty, unprofessional. On a fixed income & didn't have money. Asked if split pipe only repaired & told no. Asked if water spraying out be stopped & I would need to pay to do this work. Went to basement, cut pipe stopped water. No water in ***************** would be additional charge of $170.00 to restore water to kitchen & no use of bath until returned on 1/24/25. Is legal to let elderly person without water & no bath from 1/21/25 to 1/29/25? Occurred during frigid below 0 temps, with bath floor tore up caused oil furnace run constantly.Felt very pressured & treated unfairly. Need a total of $441.00 ($270.00 "exploratory" & $170.00 to turn on water at kitchen) for today. I need $1100.00+ Cash on Friday or it wasn't going to be done. Made me sign paperwork & didn't provide copy. immediately began to cry & I called my friend to come to home. He arrived & witnessed unprofessional manner & ended up using his credit card to pay the $441.00 so I could at least have water to my kitchen. The rude employee was willing to leave me without any water until their return on 1/24/25. Unable to use bathroom, had to pour bucket of water incommode to use. I am physical disabled, & this was a true hardship on me having to carry heavy buckets of water to my toilet in order to use. The Company then called me morning of 1/24/25 to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment to 1/29/25. I was devastated at this point. Called another plumber on 1/24/25, he repaired pipe, restored ************ was $140.00! I feel totally taken advantage of by this Company! I am now left with bathroom floor tore up & all this *** did was create more expenses for me to take care of! Seeking refund $441.00.
